M.I.C. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting mothers in the construction industry and empowering young women by providing advocacy, support, education, awareness, and resources to promote retention pre and post motherhood.
Mothers in construction are strong, fierce multitaskers who naturally embody the leadership qualities which complement the construction industry. These vital contributors to our field must be protected.
